Ingredients

For the Pudding
  • 3.4 ounces Chocolate Instant Pudding Mix
  • 3.4 ounces Vanilla Instant Pudding Mix
  • 4 cups Whole Milk (divided)
  • 8 ounces Cool Whip (divided)
For the Base
  • 1 pack Two-Bite Brownies (48-count)

Method

Preparation
  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the chocolate instant pudding mix with half of the whole milk. Using a hand mixer, beat the mixture until it is well-combined — this should take about 1 and 1/2 minutes.
  2. Gently fold in about half of the Cool Whip using a spatula, ensuring the mixture remains light and airy. Set this chocolate pudding mixture aside, and remember to save the remaining Cool Whip for later.
  3. In another large bowl, repeat the process with the vanilla instant pudding mix, beating it with the remaining whole milk for another 1 and 1/2 minutes, until smooth and creamy.
Assembly
  1. To assemble your Brownie Trifle, start by adding half of the Two-Bite Brownies at the bottom of your trifle dish, creating a satisfying base that will soak up all the surrounding flavors.
  2. Layer in about half of the vanilla pudding mix over the brownie bites, allowing the creamy sweetness to seep into the brownies.
  3. Next, add half of the chocolate pudding mix on top, creating a rich layer of chocolaty goodness.
  4. Now, repeat the entire process: add the rest of the brownie bites, followed by the remainder of the vanilla pudding mix and finish with the other half of the chocolate pudding mix.
  5. Use a rubber spatula to spread the leftover Cool Whip evenly across the top of your beautiful Brownie Trifle, creating a smooth, inviting finish.
  6. For an extra decorative touch, grab a cheese grater and grate some chocolate shavings over the top of your trifle.
  7. Serve your delicious Brownie Trifle immediately, or if you prefer, you can store it in the refrigerator until it's time to indulge in this delightful cold dessert.

Notes

Make your brownie bites even more special by warming them slightly before adding them to the trifle. Feel free to experiment with different flavors of pudding or even add layers of fruit for a refreshing twist. Store it covered with plastic wrap in the refrigerator for up to three days for best taste.
