Method

Crust Preparation
  1. In a large bowl, combine 1 3/4 cups of flour, yeast, sugar, kosher salt, warm water, and olive oil.
  2. Stir until smooth, adjusting by adding more flour if needed. The dough should be slightly sticky but able to form a ball.
  3. On a lightly floured surface, knead the dough for 3-4 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
  4. Cover the bowl to let the dough rest for 10 minutes.
Topping Preparation
  1. While the dough rests, prepare the toppings. In a large bowl, mix the cooked chicken, melted butter, and hot sauce until the chicken is well-coated.
  2. Set this mixture aside to allow the flavors to meld together.
  3. Preheat the oven to 425°F.
Assembling the Pizza
  1. Once the dough has rested, spread it out on a lightly greased pizza pan to a size of 12-15 inches.
  2. Spread the Ranch dressing evenly over the dough.
  3. Top the Ranch layer with the prepared hot sauce chicken.
  4. Sprinkle the grated mozzarella cheese generously over the pizza.
Baking the Pizza
  1. Place the assembled pizza in the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes.
  2. Keep an eye on it until the crust turns golden brown and cheese melts beautifully.
  3. Remove from the oven and garnish with sliced green onions and drizzle with additional hot sauce, if desired.
  4. Allow the pizza to rest for about 5 minutes before slicing.

Notes

For best flavor, let the chicken marinate in the hot sauce and butter for 30 minutes. Experiment with different cheeses for varied taste.
