Ingredients

Fresh Ingredients
  • 1 bunch Cilantro Fresh and vibrant, adds herby flavor.
  • 1-2 units Limes (juiced) Use juicy limes for zesty acidity.
  • 1-2 units Jalapeños (stem removed) Adjust based on desired heat level.
  • 5-10 cloves Garlic Aromatic, provides depth to the sauce.
  • 2 cups Mayonnaise Use high-quality mayonnaise for creaminess.

Method

Preparation
  1. Gather all your ingredients and rinse the cilantro thoroughly to remove any dirt or grit. Remove the stems if desired for a smoother finish.
  2. Squeeze the limes to extract their juice, using a juicer or squeezing by hand. Be careful to remove any seeds.
Blending
  1. In a high-speed blender, add the cilantro, lime juice, jalapeños, garlic, and mayonnaise. Start blending on low speed to combine the ingredients before speeding up to high.
  2. Blend until the mixture is silky and smooth. Adjust the texture by adding a little water if needed for a thinner consistency.
Tasting and Storing
  1. Taste your sauce and adjust the lime juice or jalapeño according to your preference for tanginess and heat.
  2. Pour the sauce into a squeeze bottle or an airtight container for easy serving.

Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to one week. For longer storage, freeze in ice cube trays.
