  • Sour cream Luxuriously creamy, it provides a cool contrast to the spiciness.
  • Red onion, diced Crispy and slightly sharp, red onion adds another layer of flavor.

Method

Preparation
  1. In a ziplock bag, combine the orange juice, lime juice, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, chili powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper to prepare the marinade.
  2. Add the chicken to the bag, seal it, and shake gently to coat. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Cooking
  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Spray the grill with cooking spray and place the chicken on it. Grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side until cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F).
  3. Transfer the chicken to a plate and let it rest for a few minutes before cutting it into bite-sized pieces.
Assembly
  1. Layer two warm corn tortillas and top them with grilled chicken, pico de gallo, and cilantro. Squeeze lime over the top and serve immediately.
  2. Customize with additional toppings such as diced red onion, sliced avocado, and sour cream.

Notes

Opt for fresh ingredients to elevate flavors and feel free to experiment with spices based on your preferences. Marinate longer for deeper flavor, ideally overnight.
